A bit of a non-statement, that. Really, "What if "ONE INSTRUMENT" could impower your creative spirit!" could apply to any given instrument since the year dot. It's all only a couple of days away and, as my mother used to say, "patience is a virtue."

Looking at that picture make me wonder what was wrong with the Technics KN7000 design. A kind of familiar look...

I have just had a little birdy tell me Roland are releasing a new RA90 style arranger module at NAMM. To include MP3 and audio playback as well as styles.
Apparently the reason is that the digital pianos are going so well, and they have no onboard arranger, and Roland are not releasing any more major keyboard based arrangers. This is the reason for the release, sort of a big value ad-on package.
And there IS a counter on the Roland website to NAMM.......

Nick sorry to hear the S910 didn't do it for you .... may I inquire why? Although I continue to enjoy mine I still look forward to something new that can fill "more" of my needs.

Fran I use to own a PA 800 and I loved everything about it except for the synth leads. They werent usable enough for the music I play.
I want big trance hooks, punchy fat dance leads etc. The Korg M3 definitely has it so I am hoping the new Korg Arrangers will have a big upgrade in the synth voice department.
what do you mean by still dry?

What ever it is, and hope it's great, I hope that it's priced to grab a market, not bury it in very expensive gear with lots of promises, and no real delivery
That's the amount of polyphony in the basic model ($1000.00). However, you can get the deluxe model with 64 for $3000.00 or 128 for $4500.00. This information was cheerfully provided by Yamaha.
